SUOMINEN FLEXIBLES CONCLUDED EMPLOYEE NEGOTIATIONS AT THE TAMPERE PLANT

Employee negotiations started in November 2009 at Suominen Flexibles' Tampere
plant have been concluded. As a result of the negotiations, 14 employment
contracts will be terminated, of which 5 will be made through voluntary pension
or other arrangements. 

The measures are made to secure the long-term competitiveness of operations at
Flexibles' Tampere plant.
