MARCO LEVI APPOINTED CHAIRMAN OF SUOMINEN'S NOMINATION BOARD

The Nomination Board of Suominen Corporation has appointed from among its members Marco Levi, President & CEO of Ahlstrom Corporation, to act as the Chairman.

The other members of the Nomination Board of Suominen Corporation are, as announced on 2 September 2014: Timo Ritakallio, Deputy CEO of Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company; Reima Rytsölä, Chief Investment Officer of Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company; and Jorma Eloranta, Chair of Suominen’s Board of Directors.

The Nomination Board shall submit its proposals to the Board of Directors no later than 1 February prior to the Annual General Meeting.
