Sustainability reporting

Suominen has been reporting on sustainability for over ten years. The 2024 sustainability report is the first one made in accordance with the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and its European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). The Sustainability Statement is prepared in accordance with the Finnish Accounting Act and EU Taxonomy regulation. Please find Suominen’s Sustainability Statement as part of the Report by the Board of Directors in our Annual Report 2024.

The purpose is to share information for our key stakeholders about Suominen’s sustainability approach and progress in sustainability. We want to engage in open and continuous dialogue with our stakeholders and strive for transparent communication through various channels. Continuous interaction with our stakeholders is also a key aspect in Suominen’s approach to sustainability.
