Governing bodies
Suominen’s decision-making bodies are the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board, its two Committees and the President & CEO. The CEO is supported by the Suominen Leadership Team. Suominen’s decision-making bodies and their duties and responsibilities are governed by applicable Finnish laws and regulations, the Code, the Company’s Articles of Association, and the Charters of the Board and its Committees.
